More Than Just Personal Training... Our Coaches Are The Handpicked Elite Of the UK Health And Fitness Industry
Yes, we know, that's so easy to say and probably comes across as cheesy sales hype but nonetheless, we stand by it as being absolutely true; Our Personal Training Team is quite simply the best trained and educated in the UK.
They have to be. Our clients expect us to get them from where they are to where they want to be in the fastest and most fun manner possible, and so we've developed systematic and time-tested approach to the way we recruit, train and test our coaches to keep them at the top of their game.
For example, before any coach can even qualify to work with us at out London Personal Training Studios they must already be a fully qualified and insured Level 3 coach in their own right. This is currently seen as the 'industry standard' with most of your mainstream gyms happy to accept this level of trainer as being ready to work with their clients.
But not us!
Being qualified externally is just the start point in qualify to apply to work with our personal training team.
From that point we have an extremely stringent selection process where each personal trainer is assessed for their knowledge, skills and abilities in applying the fundamental coaching skills to their clients. Their anatomy, physiology and biomechanical knowledge is scrutinised in great detail along with the personal and communication skills to ensure that they can deliver the bread and butter of coaching to their clients.
Even then, these would-be additions to our personal training team are not accepted into the company.
A full round of interviews with every member of the team serves to assure ourselves of the suitability of each trainer to join the company as an intern or level 1 coach and begin their
6-month program of in-depth training that is the hallmark of every Dax Moy Personal Training Studios coach.
During This Intensive Six Month Program Our New Coaches Learn:
- Advanced Anatomy, Physiology and Biomechanics
- Kinetic Chain Assessment (The Gold Standard Of Assessment In The UK)
- Corrective Exercise
- Integrated Performance Coaching
- Lifestyle assessment and Design
- Endocrinology and Hormone Control
- Advanced Supplementation Strategies
- Manual Therapy and Corrective Flexibility Techniques
- Advanced Nutritional Philosophy
- Detoxification Techniques
- Integrated Movement Training
- Program Design
- And of course, our POWER Principles strategies that are the hallmark of every Dax Moy Personal Training Coach.
The material is delivered during 4-6 hours of presentations, lectures and hands on workshops delivered by Dax and his senior coaches every single week without fail. In addition, every coach has an extensive (and expensive!) reading list of self study to complete during their training too.
Each coach will be tested through both written and practical examinations and dissertations and only certified as a fully qualified level 1 coach when they have attained a pass mark of 85% or more in each assessment.
This truly unique selection and training approach is the primary reason why we're 100% happy in guaranteeing our results to our clients. Quite simply, we know that our team have the knowledge, skills and abilities that other personal training companies simply cannot match.
And remember, this is our LOWEST level of personal training coach!
As our coaches make the transition through all four levels to the heady heights of 'master coach' the demands increase as do the expectations of their ability to produce results for their clients.
Level 2 Coaches, for example, cover many of the same topics as they did during level 1 training but in much greater depth and with an emphasis on mastering their subject matter to far greater levels.
This involves another 6 month program of intensive learning where they will study:
- Anatomy trains, postural dysfunction and correction and injury rehabilitation
- Intermediate Kinetic Chain Assessment
- 10 Phase Corrective Exercise
- Intermediate Integrated Performance Coaching
- Performance Assessment
- Biochemical Individuality
- Chinese and Ayurvedic Medicine Principles
- Advanced Therapy
- Stress Management
- Cortisol Control and hormonal rebalancing
- Functional Medicine
- Sleep Science
- Functional Training
- Biomotor Ability Assessment
- Rapid Fat Loss Techniques
...and much more besides!
As you can see, we take our training and education seriously. Our reputation is based upon delivering a service (and results!) that goes above and beyond the standards set by the fitness industry for the knowledge, skills and abilities of the personal trainers you'll find at your local gym.
That's not to brag or put anyone else down, it's just a statement of fact.
Many personal trainers say they're the best at what they do but, in reality, that's mostly marketing hype, the smoke and mirrors stuff that's designed to attract you into buying before you've really thought about whether or not your trainer can really deliver the results they claim they can.
We can and we do. Consistently and without fail.
The selection and training of our personal training team GUARANTEES that we can and, of course, our double-your-money-back guarantee ensures that this isn't an idle boast or marketing flight of fancy designed to lure you in.
Simply put, when you work with a Dax Moy Personal Training Coach you're getting a Rolls Royce level of service and results and one that (unlike a Rolls) comes with no financial risk to yourself.
By all means call around the other personal trainers in London and see what they have to offer. Ask them about how they select and train their staff and what guarantees they have on their services.
If you find better training, better results and a better guarantee with anyone else than you've found here on this website then by all means, snap them up, they're definitely worth working with.
If you can't (and we're very confident that you won't) then give us a call at our Islington, London Personal Training Studio on 0207 354 3550 and we can arrange for you to come in for a chat to find out more.
Couldn't be simpler, right? : )
