You're probably thinking 'who is this Dax Moy fella and why should I pick him and his team over all the other personal trainers that London has to offer?', right?
It's a good question, after all, regardless of the level of personal training coach you work with, you'll still be spending a fair bit of money and so it just makes sense to find out who you're going to be spending your money on doesn't it?
Well, the short answer is that Dax Moy is the leading personal trainer and fitness expert in the UK, but we're aware that that will probably sound conceited, arrogant and self-serving so let's qualify the claim by explaining a little more about Dax and how he works to bring about amazing results for each of his personal training clients.
Dax is a former soldier and bodyguard who came to the UK personal training industry 10 years ago when it was still in relative infancy and quickly established himself as the 'go to guy' for people with serious injuries, disease and disability rising to the post of senior consultant in the UK's first GP referral program where the successes his clients achieved often shocked the medical community.
Dax later gambled his life savings and opened a personal training studio in a local church community centre in Islington, London and used this simple setup to begin sharing his health philosophy know as 'The POWER Principles' with a young, vibrant and open-minded team of personal trainers who, like Dax, felt that traditional approaches to fitness, fat loss and health simply didn't work long-term for the vast majority of people.
The gamble paid off.
Within 6 months Dax's first studios had recouped the entire setup cost and had been featured in the local and National press with Dax shortly after being named one of the UK's top 10 personal trainers which, as you can imagine, brought a huge influx of new clientele to his now-too-small studios.
A move was on the cards and Dax took his team all of 100 meters along Islington's Upper Street to where the current London personal training studio is situated.
From this new location Dax was able to grow his personal training team, expand and build upon the POWER Principles and create new, exciting and amazingly effective programs which attracted everyone from A-list actors to athletes, pop-stars to polar explorers, soldiers to stay at home mums and everyone in between.
At the same time as the growth of the studios was happening, Dax was being regularly featured in the National and international press including the Financial Times, Evening Standard, The Telegraph, The New York Times and The Washington Post as well as magazines like Cosmopolitan, Eve, Bella, Glamour, Health and Fitness, Mens Fitness and many, many more.
In addition, Dax was featured regularly on ITV through the popular TV show 'This Morning' and also appeared as guest expert on BBC1's 'Diet Trials', Ch4's 'You Are What You Eat' and CNN and BBC News due to his specialist knowledge in the area of holistic lifestyle change.
A knowledge that Dax later shared with the personal training industry through the educational arm of his studios including www.fitsystemtraining.com and www.personaltrainersuccessacademy.com where he now shares specialist knowledge with thousands of personal trainers from around the world every year through his courses, books, lectures and seminars.
Dax now plays an active role in leading the personal training profession to higher standards, greater service and greater accountability to the public as well as continuing to work one to one with selected clientele who are serious about achieving spectacular results quickly and maintaining them for life.
Dax has a waiting list for those wishing to work with him and those wishing to do so need to be prepared to make some pretty major changes to their lifestyle.
Dax is currently the UK's highest paid coach and personal trainer charging £150 an hour for his services.
