I've lost 16kg With Dax Moy Personal Training Studios


"I just wanted to put into words some of the changes I have noticed about myself since I began attending training sessions with you at your personal training studio in Islington, London. In the first 6 weeks I believe I lost about 16kg (I used the same measurement device and got back readings of 179kg and 162kg) of weight - I have noticed my stomach is not as big as it has been in the past. I am able to comfortably wear clothes that were too tight for me (buttoned shirts and jeans/trousers). I feel I recover more quickly after any form of exercise or movement - this is a major plus for me to really "feel" the difference I feel so much more flexible (something I never felt when I last worked at losing weight a couple of years ago) now being able to move in "simple" or "normal human" ways but ones that ones that I was not able to do previously, such as bending over to touch my toes, twisting/turning my head/torso around to look behind me - I feel a lot more movement in my shoul ders.

I don't suffer from swollen legs anywhere near as much as I used to - it's virtually not happening at all. I feel fresher in the mornings, and more energetic. Heat doesn't tend to affect me (in terms of perspiring) as much as it used to (or at least I have a better threshold than before - I still perspire!) I am able to tighten my abdomen muscles to the effect that my stomach holds in in so much more than I used to (very visually different to be able to see all the way down my body) I am sure there's a few things I've missed off but I wanted to sincerely thank you for the help and encouragement you've given me so far (not forgetting the huge changes in my food habits!). The changes that are taking place mean a lot to me - I hope to eventually get to a point I feel comfortable about myself.

"Hi Dax, I thought I should share my story with you considering it has changed my life. For the better!! I started your elimination diet in early January 2009 on the recommendation of a work colleague who said he'd lost nearly two stone in 6 weeks.

To say I was sceptical would be an understatement, but I thought what the heck, I've got nothing to lose. I was 215 lbs at the start and whilst I played quite a lot of sport, could never seem to shift the weight. I downloaded all the free material and was very strict (as you told me to be) for 30 days. No booze, no bread, no diet coke etc etc. I didn't lose any weight for the first 2 weeks, but after that I was losing 2-3lbs a day for about 2 weeks. The hardest thing for me to give up was diet coke, but as you said, it was an addiction, and after a few weeks I never missed it.

I hit my target weight of 190 in the 2nd week of Feb, and more importantly, I have manged to maintain that weight since then, even though I am partial to a drink every now and again. In fact I've actually lost a further 5 lbs but that has been just an added bonus. I have made a few very simple adjustments to my lifestyle (eg not touching fizzy drinks anymore and drinking lots of water) but I have found the diet very effective and very simple.

To say I feel better for it would be an understatement. I have more energy, I look so much healthier and I'm generally enjoying life so much more. I'm even running my first 10k in a few months!! Roll on the summer!!! Dax; you're a genius.

I lost 2 Stones In 2 Months With Dax moy Personal Training Studios!


"I signed up with Dax Moy personal Training in October with a goal to lose 2 1/2 stone, and I started on the elimination diet with studio sessions three times a week.

At first the elimination diet took some planning - I had to stock my fridge and cupboards to make sure I wasn't caught without any food to eat, but once I got into a routine I found it fairly easy to stick to. In the sessions, I found out right away that some of my muscles hadn't seen any action for a long time!

But Julie worked with me through the exercises, and after the first week I could start to see progress in each session. I'v e lost nearly two stone in two months, so I'm almost at my original goal, but I think I can go further. Working with Julie has been great. She really pushes me in the sessions, and she encourages me to stay on the program by giving me practical advice on diet and exercise for when I'm not in the studio.

She also understands the difficulties of balancing work and personal life with a fitness program, and she is flexible with meeting times. I would highly recommend Julie to anyone who wants to get in shape and feel better about themselves.

"I have been involved with London Personal Trainer Dax Moy in his 30 day 30 lb weight loss challenge and I can honestly say that this is the best personal trainer I have come across in a very long time.

His workouts are simple but not easy.

Not by a long shot.

Although you are working hard, you are having a tremendous amount of fun. He keeps you inspired and motivated. He is an honest personal trainer who is a straight shooter and gives it to you the way it is.

The nutrition plan is outstanding. It's simple, a little restrictive, but simple. You will not go hungry! No crash diets. I have been with Dax now for a couple of years.

My Experience Of Dax Moy Personal Training

I went to see Dax after my orthopaedic surgeon told me that not only would I never play football again after injuring my knee but that I wouldn't be able to walk or run in anything other than a straight line on level ground.

Not only did Dax get me playing football again (without reconstructive surgery) but I am fitter and stronger aged 42 than I was in my 20s or 30s.
