Great advice! I always feel less hungry and eat less when it is all natural clean food. Counting calories is so detrimental, not just because you could live off a slice cake and glass of champagne every day, but the person can become obsessive about it and cause anxiety. Fresh fruit and vegetables have so much more colour and flavour than anything artificial. It’s the only way to go!
True, I think that calorie counting has done more to damage people’s relationship with food than almost anything else. Eat clean and you simply don’t need to mess around with calories anymore
